Cary Crow is currently the Director of National Beef Sales for Trans Ova Genetics-one of the countries largest reproductive technologies companies, based out of Sioux Center, IA. He has been active in the Bovine reproductive field since obtaining his masters degree in Reproductive Physiology from Missouri State University in 1999. His years of experience in both the commercial and seedstock sectors of the beef industry have helped him consult with breeders from all over the country on their reproductive needs.
Crow grew up on a commercial cow/calf operation in the flint hills of Kansas and has worked for multiple purebred and commercial operations throughout the Midwest and Texas with roles extending from the showbarn to Management. Crow experienced a competitive collegiate Livestock Judging career and was a member of the 1996 National Champion Livestock Judging Team at Kansas State University. He also had the opportunity to coach several nationally competitive collegiate teams while an Animal Science instructor and Graduate Student. Crow has been judging state and national level cattle shows around the country for the past 15 years, including numerous state fairs and junior nationals along with shows in Kansas City, Louisville, Fort Worth, San Antonio, and Houston. He maintains a small herd of registered Simmental cattle with his wife and three daughters outside of Franklin, TX. His children are active in 4-H, showing both steers and heifers.
