Representatives from JBS Swift & Company and the American Simmental Association (ASA) are excited to announce the creation of a new beef carcass pricing grid simply named “70:70”, that pays historic premiums for groups of cattle that combine high marbling levels with exceptional red meat yield.

Premiums for Age and Source Verified Carcasses are variable and subject to weekly changes.  Contact Mark Guge for current grid pricing.
