PTP Herdsman of the Year

Each show season, the American Simmental Association recognizes one individual as the PTP Herdsman of the Year. This individual supports and promotes the SimGenetics industry on a personal and professional level while humbly commanding the respect of his or her fellow producers and upholding the honor and dignity of a reputable cattleman.

Recipients of this honor are nominated and selected by their peers each year at NAILE and recognized during the Open SimGenetics Show.
