Genetic Trends

The genetic trend tables track changes in average EPDs and indexes by birth year across the Simmental population since 1968. They illustrate the genetic progress the Simmental breed has achieved based on data from the American Simmental Association database. Separate tables are provided for Purebred, Hybrid, Simbrah, and Fullblood populations to more accurately represent trends within each group.
