What?

STYLE is a transformative program dedicated to developing future leaders, ages 25–45, in the beef industry, brought to you by the American Simmental Association. This training will foster leadership development, a deeper understanding of the ASA and its governance, education about various aspects of the beef industry, and the opportunity to build lasting relationships with peers and industry professionals from across the country.

Welcome and program launch at 1:00 PM, followed by collaborative sessions and dinner together.

Day 2: June 24, 2026

A full day of leadership development. Lunch provided; evening at your leisure.

Day 3: June 25, 2026

Final insights and wrap-up, concluding by 12:00 PM.
